About KI Bibliometric Database

The primary aim of the Karolinska Institutet/SLL bibliometric database is to provide high quality bibliometric analyses for Karolinska Institutet/SLL. It is not possible to make certain who has actually written a publication by looking at a list of author names (usually including only initials instead of first names). To be able to make high quality analyses, all authors affiliated to Karolinska Institutet/SLL are therefore asked to verify their own publications and to supply information about at which organizational unit/units each individual publication was produced.

Bibliometric indicators are calculated for each publication that has been successfully verified. Indicators for an individual researcher will only be shown when this person logs in to the Karolinska Institutet/SLL bibliometric database. An analysis for an individual researcher cannot be ordered by someone else.
